Nowadays' air suspension systems use air springs instead of steel springs used before. The air suspension can fail if one or more of vehicle's air springs are worn out because of the age, the way of driving, dry rot or the debris collected on the road. Some of the air spring suspensions are made of thin rubber air bladders, seals and weak crimping rings. That’s why they get worn out easily. That’s why Arnott designs their air springs to avoid all these problems. If there is a leak in the air spring, you can fix it only by replacing that part, if not, then you will need to replace the whole strut. Together with the remanufactured O.E. struts, Arnott also offers you affordable, high-quality brand new struts, designed with the latest technology available. The Arnott struts are a perfect replacement part for your vehicle because they provide the luxury, comfort and auto-leveling of air springs and replacing a damaged shock with a brand new shock will guarantee you a safe trip at a more reasonable price.
One of the other common problems with the air suspension is when, due to a leaking air spring or other components, the compressor becomes drained. Arnott is in a partnership with the leading Original Equipment Suppliers of Air Suspension Compressors including WABCO and AMK.
Arnott offers Coil Spring Conversion Kits to replace a worn out air suspension components for older cars with easy to install traditional steel springs. All of the coil springs are made of US Steel, and most of them contain the Arnott’s Electronic Bypass Module (EBM) which will turn off the suspension warning light on your dashboard.
